Crystal page doesn't 100% load, so won't let me open crystals

Recently after I ranked 3 a 5* champion, I am unable to open crystals.
(Even after quitting, restarting device)
Whenever I tap crystals page, it takes me there, but all inputs of interacting with screen fails, leaving me stuck, despite the graphics, like the changing resources and crystal timer, still work properly.

Anyone else encounter this issue?

    There are times I've had to wait 20-30 seconds for the Crystals page to load but it always does for me.
