    Yes it was very much needed
    The hackers deserved the ban, anyone who's account was used by someone else who hacked deserved the ban, and people who account share DO break the rules which make theirs technically justified. That said, it's only number 3 that I think should be dropped to a 30 day ban. The problem I see is that most people who share accounts are still playing, which leads me to believe that most, if not all the bans, were completely fair/justified.
