Aq questions

Abit stupid but can you start 3 AQs? For some reason we can only start 2, is that due to number off aq members we have? We end up doing two Map 4s but some people do three map 4s

Map 4 needs at least 7 to finish it, given each person finishes 1 line themselves. You meet that. Maybe your treasury doesn't have enough resources to start 3 Map 4s?

We have alot in treasury but issue is when i start the aq, it only allows me to start 2 and not 3
