We are a silver 3 alliance making a push into gold 3 currently. We have lost some great fighters to either retirement or that moved to gold 1 alliances to challenge themselves for a couple seasons. We run map 44444 for AQ and if we get some dedicated players to merge with us, we are considering doing map 5 a couple days a week.
