Hey guys,
So I was fighting Diablo on Uncollected in this month's monthly quest. brought him down to 13% and 0 concoction with Rulk and GR but got KO'd, so used Hyp and Blade subsequently and saw Diablo regen back to 100%! I thought regen stopped after consuming all 16 concoctions. Or maybe I'm missing something obvious.
Please explain.
