Thank you for banning bot accts but what about the piloted accts

So many alliances are still piloting. Can kabam cut all the cheating? I report the cheaters with videos and pictures but only get a generic response.

    We regularly take action against accounts for violation of the Terms of Service. If you suspect cheating, please report it through this form using the Security and Abuse category.

    That said, we do not comment on actions taken against accounts with third parties, so you will not receive any update about actions that may have been taken as a result of a report. Thank you.
