I have an old thread saved where you told me i can have MY TWO Accounts in Same Alliance.
But today your PILOT detection system Banned One of my 2 Accounts and also Punished my Alliance. I have always played BOTH Accounts on my Own Devices. I have proof of ownership....of devices and of IP Address.
Support tells me they are unable to reverse Bans but Last Season similar thing happened with another Alliance and you Removed the Ban and gave back all Points fo Alliance.
MIIKE can you please tell me what should i do now???
