Losing items in AW

So, today I went into fight the war boss node 54 (Korg). I healed my Magik with 4 level 4 Health Potions. I had used a 30% champion boost, 150% mystic power boost, AND my last combat regen boost (knowing I was going to take blocking damage). I exit out of the boost menu and click "FIGHT". Instead of bringing me to the battle in brings me to the overview of the map and I can no longer see my champs on the left side of the screen. My screen, for the back of a better word was froze, except the back out button.

So, I exit the war to jump back in. Only to find my magik is now half dead and I have lost an attack bonus. So I decide to force close my app knowing it may just be a visual glitch. Well, it was not. So I had to RE-HEAL my Magik and THEN my last combat regen boost was expired.

I ended up submitting a ticket but they just said I backed out of the fight and force closed the app so they cannot compensate me for being screwed over by something that is completely out of my control. Well I have video proof I did not indeed do that. Unfortunately, I could not initially load it into my ticket so I sent it back as a reply (probably will receive a similar response but still trying).

I would love to load it here but that is not possible either. So I took some screen shots hoping that can help.
