Sentry or Cap IW for 5* science gem?

I have these two options. I know sentry is a far worse character than cap, but the needs the awakened ability more.

    An undupe cap iw is far superior compared to a duped sentry. In this case you might as well awaken cap iw so he can start helping you on quests. Sentry is an arena fodder.
