I opened 5* crystals this morning. I was happy cause i opened ghost. I had everything ready to make her r3 immediately. When. I chacked my champions to upgrade her she was not there. There was gwenpool instead of her. Wtf happened. I just wan't answer and my ghost back.

    Hey Kaisey, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the 5-Star Gwenpool you received from this Crystal. However, the Crystal Spin you see in the game is merely a visual effect and doesn't always reflect the Prize you'll receive. It is possible for the Crystal Spin animation to show a different Champion from the one you've actually been awarded, and I apologize for any confusion that may have caused on this occasion.

    In future, you can avoid any Crystal Spin animation confusion by using the “Open Crystal” feature, located on the bottom right of the Screen. This will automatically open up to 10 Crystals that are currently in the Crystal Vault and will not affect the drop rate in any way. The Rewards will still be yielded appropriately as if the Crystals had been Spun manually.
