Aw matchmaking un even

Started a brand new alliance rated at 200k currently. How is it possible we get matched with an alliance rated at over 6 million?

Because AW does not consider alliance rating.

Their war rating is 0 (also a new ally). That's why you're matched up.

Why isnt alliance rating considered in matchups?

Because you can easily manipulate alliance rating by selling all of your 2, 3 and 4 stars to lower your rating.

So frustrating there cant be a way to balance this more.
