    Depends on the rest of the pool. But 20% chance is far better than featured crystal odds. If you are specifically looking for blade which you obviously would be this is the best chance to get him.

    Exactly depends on the rest of the pool because if not i prefer normal Crystal i have got better champions there..

    In fact if they really want to do an special event they should put the cristal for 10000 shards only ..so people Will be happy and all people who don't have yet it Will try it..
