Are Modok and X23 awakened abilities good?

I have unduped of those two. From what I’ve looked at on my duped 3* of each, both dupes look pretty trash (damage boost for X23, defensive stuff seemingly worthless in AWD and dumb everywhere else. Unless you get high kills on AWD with modok, his sig is worthless)

Am I wrong? Just wondering since I see little application for either

    Note I’m talking about their SIGNATURE ABILITIES, not the champs themselves. I know they are good champs; just wondering about their sigs

    Modok could be useful for offense just due to the increased block profiency
