LoL first run

After I finished exploring Act 5, I am considering running for the first time the LoL.
Here below a list of the best damage dealer/utility I actually have in my roster.

6* 1/25 Nightcrawler
6* 1/25 Ghost
5* 5/65 Blade (duped)
5* 4/55 Wasp (duped)
5* 4/55 Magik
5* 4/55 Medusa (duped)
5* 3/45 Mordo (duped)
5* 3/45 Phenix (duped)
5* 3/45 Hulk Ragnarok (duped)
5* 3/45 Gwenpool
5* 2/35 Hood
4* 5/50 Starlord (duped)
4* 5/50 Ghost
4* 5/50 Ghost Rider (duped)
4* 5/50 Spiderman S.E. (duped)
4* 1/10 Antman
4* 1/10 Blackbolt
4* 1/10 Karnak

What team/strategy do you think is the best? And how many units you think it will cost me with that team?

6* Ghost with Wasp, Antman, Hood and YJ would be the best, assuming you play Ghost perfectly. If not, maybe take Blade and the trinity.
