Ghost notifications on the help button

Anyone else get them?
Not sure if its a game glitch or my device but it always says random numbers in the little red baloon and when i go to it there is nobody to help.
It doesnt go away after pressing it either

I see them as well from time to time. Usually they clear up pretty quickly once I do something else in the game.
