I'm new to this game and i was wondering what is the best champion to use against an awaken ultron i only have 3 star champions and I have no 3 star intetsellers

I don't have her I have as a 3 star are ultron sentry deadpool falcon at rank 3 the others are at rank 1 which are colusses Emma iron man infinitely war captain America infinity war iron patriot and spider man with stark enhancement

Energy attacks. This includes things like Magneto and Doctor Strange’s basic attacks, Iron Man specials, Vision L1, Bishop’s specials, etc.

Basically anything that doesn’t involve, punching, kicking, stabbing, slicing, or actual gunfire like Winter Soldier or Punisher is energy based. Energy cannons, laser beams, technologically advanced guns (Punisher 2099), and I would assume the second part of Sentry’s L1 is energy although I’m not 100% certain. There’s physical and energy damage. Captain Marvel/Ms Marvel’s L1 is energy, but her L2 is physical.

Hey @Star_lord97,

Ultron will regenerate some health if he is struck by an Energy attack. So, Iron-Man (IW)'s Repulsor attacks (his attacks that he shoots the enemy with Blue Energy) or all of Doctor Strange's Basic Attacks, will also heal Ultron a little bit depending on his Signature level.

How's your mastery setup looking? If you haven't done it yet, I would focus on making sure that you have Parry unlocked and activated. Ultron will regenerate a significant amount of health twice per fight, but you can stop it from happening by Stunning him. A successful parry against Ultron will stun him, and stop that Regeneration.

Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) can also Stun Ultron with his Special 1 attack, which will put an end to that nasty Regeneration as well. As soon as you see that "Processing..." pop up, you want to Stun Ultron to stop his regen.

This becomes a little more complicated as you progress in the game, and come across Stun Immune nodes, but from the sounds of it, you don't need to worry about that yet.

It sounds like your Falcon is ranked up a bit. He's actually pretty useful at your stage if your opponent has predictable abilities like Ultron. Save up power for your Special-2 or 3, then Activate Locked on when Ultron is around 60% health. Then you should have time to beat Ultron down to below 25% health before it expires. Being Locked On will stop the regeneration (and the Evade) from triggering.

Falcon can be useful; but you should definitely prioritise taking up your Captain America Infinity War, and your Spiderman (Stark Enhanced). They'll be useful for a very long time, even after you start collecting four-star champions. Get the two of them Awakened as soon as you can!

That’s a helpful response from Miike there and spot on. One thing I would add about my response (and perhaps why I got a lol on it) is that my suggestion of Dr. Strange is limited to his awakened version, which grants you Counterspell. Counterspell is like an automatic nullification of Ultron’s regen, and the higher his signature level, the greater chance it nullifies the regen.

Other champs who nullify (SW, Magik, Voodoo) can also use their attacks that nullify to nullify Ultron’s regen as well.

Your Emma is at a class disadvantage but she has one attribute that the others lack. If you get her in telepath form then you do not need to worry about Ultron's evade. Just keep her in telepath (don't use specials) and evade Ultoron's SP1. It will be a longer fight but his SP1 is easy to evade and without Ultron being able to evade then it is straight forward fight.
