What if you are trying to get info on ban but tickets are autoclosed

Dear Kabam, according to many post the forum is not the place to discuss bans and ask for clarification. But what can someone do who is trying to raise a ticket because he received a ban (probably because he can play with quake without receiving a single hit) and all his tickets are automatically closed after a generic reply?
Is there any other way to contact Kabam? Is there anyone who can look into this?

Stop with the Quake ban conspiracies. I use her quite often and many times take no damage and have never once been sent an email saying I was in danger of being banned.

Can you go through Variant using a 3* quake taking no damage? Can you play line 5 or 6 in AW against all 5* R5 champs using quake and take no damage? If not, don’t try to compare yourself to someone who mastered quake.
And besides that, if only they would send emails to warn you that you are at risk of being banned with an explanation. That would be the right way to deal with this kind of things.
