Iceman’s Coldsnap Ability

I just don’t understand how Iceman’s Organic Ice Form, grants him full immunity towards Incinerate, Bleed, and Poison effects... but he’s not immune to his own unique ability called ColdSnap? Kabaam, could you fix this?

It's not broken or anything in order for it to be fixed ...
Is a design choise. Is how he was meant to be. It's okay if you don't understand it using your logic, so just imagine him like a blank model, with no Ice at all, having the ability to cause and receive ice damage

Another one...guess it has been a few days since we've had the obligatory "why isn't Iceman immune to cold?" thread.

well, they did .. "finally" make Electro immune to shock effects .. and added some similar resists to Storm and Thor ... so .. perhaps in 3 or 4 years, they might do the same for Iceman ..
