Whats the penalty for not placing an alliance war boss?

Hey my alliance is in the middle of a war right now, and the alliance we’re fighring didn’t put a boss down in the one of their battlegroups. I noticed when we went over he final node, we didn’t see any notification in the war room chat. My questions are: do we lose out on the extra points for beating a boss, and do they lose points for not having one?

Easiest 20k points youll get all season. You get the points for clearing the tile. If its empty, soon as you move on it its considered cleared.

Then you guys get the full attack bonus and a free 20k you don't lose anything
