Add "claim all" button on the milestones rewards

Adding a "claim all" button to milestone rewards would be extremely helpful, especially in dungeons, where theres 18 milestones to collect. Also arena, I try and hit all milestones in several arenas, as well as solo events and well everywhere really. "Claim all" would make everything alot more convenient and I'd imagine it wouldn't be hard to do
