Dhampir crystal question

With the return of the dhampir crystal next month I’m curious what we should expect.
- Will the crystal have sub features like the features crystals used to when the dhampir crystal came out last year?
- Will the crystal include the newer champs as well?

    No it will not, it is the basic 5* crystal except with the increase to pull Blade.
