How to Get Tier-5 Iso`s & Tier 4 Catalysts

I have a huge shortage of ISO`s , to upgrade my 5* champs. Moreover, for a freebie its hard to get Tier 4 Catalysts. Playing AQ or Arenas will only give u limited fragments. it take weeks to form a complete catalyst. i know its a wait game but really frustrating. Any Suggestions or ideas to get both?

    Unfortunately as a FtP, there is no "quick" way to get T4 cats. Best bet is to run the arena. With AQ rewards, I always purchase the shards and can usually get a couple more. Higher level AQ maps will give you a better chance at the cats, although I have awful luck.
