INCOMING BUG FIX:
We'll fixing an issue with the Side Quests where all difficulties had the same Selector rewards.
We've fixed the Selectors in Threat Levels 4, 3, 2 and 1 to no longer contain rewards for Progression levels above the target audience.
Threat Level 4 rewards cap out at Thronebreaker
Threat Level 3 caps out at Cavalier
Threat Level 2 caps out at Uncollected
And Threat Level 1 has rewards for Proven

Besides Uncollected monthly what else should I do?

You'll get the Grandmaster's crystal every 2 weeks instead of a PHC (I think? I've been Uncollected for awhile.) The Daily crystals are better. You'll be able to waste your units on the Uncollected Featured (you shouldn't but you could).
As far as content, I really think it's just the Uncollected monthly event, which is something you should attempt to slowly build a 6* crystal and T5basics.
Either way, congrats. That Collector is a B of a fight.
