Black Widow's Subtlety vs Killmonger's Indestructable Charges

Has this interaction been tested? I noticed while using BW that Killmonger's Indestructable Charges would last a little longer. As if BW was not clearing them with her hits.

To be fair I don't know if those "non clearing" hits were causing damage or not. But seemed odd.

A few days ago I noticed that I was able to cause damaga while he had the indestructible charges, but he didn't spent any of them.
I guess it's how this interaction works now. Lowering his ability accuracy will not remove a charge from him, but the damage will still be applied

Yeah, this is one where her subtlety can work against her. She may not trigger Luke Cage's indestructible for some time, either.

Or for Carnage, she doesn't trigger the defensive abilities (block proficiency or physical resistance); which is fine when you're hitting him, but means he's more likely to keep an attacking bonus when he is gaining permanent effects after Specials. So he's more likely to hurt her; whereas her high critical rate could bypass physical resistance if he was building that.
