Was anything ever done about all the Darkhawk lag issues?

I never saw an in-game announcement, and never saw anything here. I know plenty of people completed the content, but I had enough issues (even trying two different devices) that I had to settle for a single run on uncollected, and couldn't do exploration.

Nope, everytime i battle him and hit him into block i get massive lags
