Why does this activate Omega Reds death field but was modified to not trigger cables degen.

    OR is any bleed. Cable is a bleed inflicted on him by you.

    But the description reads on Cable, when caused to bleed inflict degen. Nothing stated about self inflicted or by enemy on either character.
