He's decent unawakened. Not amazing but definitely fun to play and if used right effective.

Throw a sp2 and enter stealth mode to greatly limit the opponents power gained and cut down on baiting specials, if awakened increase your own power gained as well. Need to up your damage, throw sp3 and double your attack rating for 30 seconds with an equivalent heal block, make that up to another 100% attack rating increase based on sig level.
