What is the best way to obtain T4CC

I need better firepower for act 5. I have a team of 1 5/50 4 star, 3 4/40 4 stars, and 1 2/35 5 star. This is that team:
-IMIW 5/50 (duped)
-Medusa 4/40
-CAIW 4/40
-Domino 4/40
-Gwenpool 2/35

Is that good enough as well?
