filter alliances and players to where they know they can dedicate their time

put in some sort of filter where a player can say how many times they can get in the game for events/alliance events/donating for aq, etc... to better find people who know what they want and what there is available to chose from. for example, someone who travels and has limited access to internet, maybe map 3 and little war, or if someone who can dedicate time to the game, find higher prestige alliances and those who want and do map 5/6 a suggestion of alliances will appear and show what maps they do. some people just jump into an alliance wait a few days to say something then leave or stay or have to find out along time if they are skilled enough.
