PLZ request a log record check. KABAM can fix this problem with very little time.
I have been sending questions to KABAM several times, but since I have received repetitive computer answers, I leave a post here. I hope KABAM will listen to my questions.
Suddenly the game was interrupted, my account was blocked for 7 days.
1.No one ever logged into my account
2.Any game or program has been installed on my phone.
By checking logs on my account, KABAM can easily figure out you blocked the wrong account. Why there is no answer for it? Is this the correct treatment for the person who bought a seperate phone for this game and spent thousands of dollars? Answer by computer????!! Even at this moment, because of this incident, All the people in my clan are affected and all the boosters that i bought by my money are going away. Please check my logs and check it that is obviously your fault.
I will tell you clearly! Until you solve this problem, I will take all the actions I can.
