Hood invisibility?

Is this as intended or a bug? I just fought the hood boss in master mode of spidey quest and launched a s3 while he was invisible and he took zero damage and after animation ended it said miss. I just assumed s3 were unblockable but looks like I was wrong?

    The whole point of invisible is you don't know where he is and you only have a percentage chance to hit him. Guess you got 0% and therefore missed him

    Hood takes damage on special 3. Even if he invisible.

    Yes he can but you have to hit him. I believe the spot light on invisibility applies to all times it triggers.

    So projectiles have a 90% chance to miss when he is invisible as i read it.

    Which means champs like Winter Soldier and Cyclops are at a huge disadvantage.

    Hood is broken. While invisible he has taken 5 hit combos. It has happened multiple time to me.
