I appreciate the response however, the screenshot from my previous post, is from the alliance mate who was locked out of AQ after maintenance took place. I’m only trying to help an alliance mate which is why copied and pasted it here.

No other tickets were submitted and he followed your steps as suggested. Your decision to close this post as well as the lack of response from support doesn’t shock me one bit.

Mods on a forum can't help with issues in the game. Since there was nothing more mods could do, they closed it. If a Support Ticket was filed, then he followed the right steps. If the issue wasn't resolved, contact support again. They are awful and sometimes multiple tickets are needed to get an answer.
