Does anyone know how to play venom the duck?

I was recently blessed by the kabam gods with venom the duck from my only fgmc I ever bought (thank you rng gods for avenging my past pulls) and I'm wondering how he works as his description is not enough for me

    The only question I have is how do you get a regen buff in AQ?
    It never procs so it can never be banked.
    Bit like SW regen in AQ

    It’s just rng. Some days I bank one on the first fight, but I always have at least one by the third fight. Just have to wait it out sometimes.
