**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Does prowess work like recoil?

Does prowess function the same way as recoil and add a bonus damage of X% base attack instead of multiplying damage of special attacks?

No, it multiplies the damage instead of increasing the base attack.

    Are you certain? I'm not.

Yes, in most definitions of prowess it literally says “multiplies damage by x% for x amount of time( or permanent in some cases)”

They say "increases special [attack] damage by X% ([no time limit] - CAIW and recoil mastery or [for Y seconds] Proxima and others or "until special attack ends" for Havok).

From the discussion regarding recoil, it should work the same way and tack on X% of base attack to the special damage. Which can be a lot or a little depending on the champ.

Test it. It's super easy to test lol. Each prowess should be a straight up 20% dmg increase on special attacks

    5 prowess = double damage (+100%)
    10 prowess = 3x damage (+200%)
