Will dungeon artifacts go to waste?

Reading the post regarding dungeons up until Feb 5th I can't tell if it means it's the last chance to spend artifacts on the current batch of crystals or indefinitely. Can someone clarify this? I may as well roll for a 4* if they are never to be used again

    It’s the current batch. Artifacts are a permanent currency now.

    The artifacts are permanent. They are not going anywhere if you don't spend them. Only the current Dungeon crystals are expiring. So, this is just your last chance to spend your artifacts on the current batch of crystals. You won't lose any artifacts if you don't.
