New phone how can I have the saves back

I was playing this 3 years ago on my previous phone can I have the saves back? I can't remember if I had a kabam account and playstore does not seem to have any saves about that game.

    If you hadn't connected your game to either play games or kabam account then unfortunately you can't have it back.

    Hey APOSTOLAKIS, if you still have access to the device you were using previously, I recommend reviewing THIS article for guidance on how to create a Kabam ID and access your account on a new device.

    However, if you no longer have access to your old phone, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team for assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
