    I'm finding vulture a lot of fun to play. Just because he doesn't hit seatin's list of God tier champs don't let that stop you from ranking and using him

    I second this for sure. He is a little more complicated to learn and came out at the same time Starky did so he gets lost in the shuffle, but he is worth it.

    Also for peeps without dexterity he’s god tier cos he gets dex without the mastery
