UC ST boss 2.1 interaction with Vigorous Assualt

The node buff states while defender has regen buff they get 65% attack boost and become unblockable. I did not see ST become unblockable while his regen is up (which is almost always up)

Is this a bug or working as intended? I am hoping working as intended since ST regen isn’t an active buff and let’s be honest it would increase his difficulty significantly essentially with enhanced regen node.

Would also be curious how this node interacts with items like aggressive regeneration in event combo pops up down the road.

    If the node really states "buff", then I assume it's working and that was a flaw in the design (sincen he doesn't trigger any regen buff).
