Completed act 5 100% missing reward.

As title says I 100% act 5 finally. I received every thing. Except the 5.4.6 100% completion 5* crystal. I got the ten thousand shards but not the red crystal.

Is this a know thing? I sent a ticket just wanted to ask the forums if this is known and not worry.... sorry if this is a know issue I couldn’t find it.

No, he is right... I had 3 crystal after completing Act 5. Two 5* and a 6*. However, when I opened the tab to access them it only showed one 5* and one 6*. I opened my 5* crystal and as soon as I did the missing crystal now showed up. Problem for me was solved.
