Rank up 4* Archangel or Domino

I am trying to become uncollected. I have 100% Act 4. These are my first worthwhile 4* mutants and I got them both in the same 7 days.
I am very short on resources, so I can only do one. Neither synergize with my team. Who do I rank up? Thanks.

AA. Takes down goes fast. Especially regen champs. Your spa will outdo their regen.

I would go Sabretooth for sure if I had him (for cool factor alone).

If I had AA duped, would definitely go with him

Gonna go with Domino unduped (has Ability accuracy reduction without dupe).

It was definitely the right choice.
I still have not duped my Archangel, but 5/50 unduped Domino continues to save me.
Her unduped Ability Accuracy reduction is great.
I am now Uncollected, largely thanks to her .
