    He should be fixed because his is freaking Dr Strange and they broke him. They also assured us he would remain a top champ after the nerf. It has noting to do with new champs.

    Yeah, I think at the time it seemed like a good idea, but now he is basically obsolete. He should get a re-buff to be competitive.

    Maybe not make him 12.0 DS...

    They should just combine the DSMN effects with the current DS. I think it would make for a solid character.
