AQ BG questions from a newbie leader

If I have 2 BGs doing map for instance and one completes 100% while the other does not, do I get only one map 3 crystal or none at all? I'm in the BG which has already gotten 100%.

You get one for each BG that completes 100%.
if one BG finishes you get 1, if both finish you would get 2.

How about the members in the other BG?

Whoever has participated in any bg from your entire alliance gets one map crystal if one bg completes 100%, if you complete 3 bgs, then you get 3 crystals
