I have a question about him since I just reached him for the first time. I was wondering whether anyone knows whether or not sparkys ensnare from the special 3, can prevent maestro from gaining random buffs. I don’t know whether to cycle sp2 or sp3.

    He does, but just 30%. I would still go for the sp2 for big damage
