Blank Chats and No recent activity in alliance tab

Guys I am facing this issue where all my chats are blank doesn't matter Global/Alliance/Friends and I can't see recent alliance activities as well. I re installed the app on my ipad still same issue. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Yes sometime it happens due to server error. It fixes after some time.
