AA can be pretty risky. If RNG is not in your favor and you can't get enough neurotoxins before he launches a special, all those bleeds and poisons will come right back at you. Surprisingly, my MVP for mr sinister was Blade with GR synergy. Though crossbones technically can work too
Nobody mentioned Capt iw lol... He's duped so team him with a tech and the petrify debuffs reduce his Regen!! Very smooth guy plus he can't Regen off Capt iw giant sp2!!

When using AA, the first heavy must place at least 3 bleeds to be safe, and if the second parry doesn't place a poison, don't bother with a heavy, dodge back and parry again. Make sure you can do 2 heavies before he reaches a bar of power, and make sure you can get 3 neurotoxins at least. That will prevent the debuff transfer
Tbh, I'm surprised that the first answers weren't warlock since I think he's absolutely the best sinister counter.
Not sure if warlock was released at the time of the original post haha. That said, i say human torch is also a pretty decent option against mr sinister as well.
