Alliance quest loading screen

Several members of my alliance have had this happen in the past week or 2 including me. We go into the fight but sit on the loading screen for several minutes only to get disconnected. When we log back in our champs are at half health. Is thier a solution or a fix being made for this problem. It don’t happen in arenas or normal quest and it’s not my connection either.
