Adjust AQ timing

adjust the timers and time in aq based on when a map is completed. for instance, if an alliance or bg finishes a map before the time expires, they are given time back to when it was started allowing them to regain lost time or quickly finish the map before it is done. this takes in consideration of those who do not have motivation or someone has a real life emergency and cannot show up in the game or if their device crashed/lost/stolen.
