Banned for 168 hrs

Hello guys,
I m banned for 168 hrs. I don't know whats the reason. I've never played with any mods in the game. I think it may be due to account sharing or using bluestacks.
When i was in the 4m alliance i remember leaders and officers sometimes use my account for war and
When my mobile was about to repair i used to play on bluestacks on my laptop coz i was too much addicted to the game and just now i got that from internet using any third party applications is against the terms and conditions.
My question is that I will be able use my account as same as before or not, after 168 hrs of ban or there may be limitations or chance of getting banned again.
Well if kabam is listening to me, then sir or madam I m sorry if I had break your terms and conditions and i will never do it or let this happen again.
