Who to upgrade?

I just pulled a 4 star Havoc and Carnage. I have a 4 star Phoenix R3.30 and 5 star venompool r1.25. I have some cosmic iso, should I try to rank up my Carnage? Is he a good cosmic champ to move forward with? Also, is Havoc worth investing in as a mutant champ? I already have iceman and wolv 4 star r4.40 and a 5 star storm r1.25...any thoughts? I posted my mutant champs and cosmic for you to pick apart. Thanks again
