675 units is a one-time special offer that they start you off with. It says "Limit 1" and once purchases it disappears.

That is not entirely correct. It is 675 units as an introductory or special offer. Once you make a purchase, any purchase it is supposed to disappear. I made the mistake of buying the Stark briefcase before buying the wallet and never had the chance to buy the wallet again.
